Course Description

HRM 207 Human Resource Management and Staffing Strategies explores strategic employee recruitment and selection that align with business objectives. In particular, students learn a longer-term approach to strategic staffing and strategic workforce planning to achieve business goals. In this course, students learn essential strategic staffing processes, including de铿乶ing staf铿乶g requirements, identifying and forecasting staf铿乶g availability, calculating staf铿乶g gaps and surpluses, and developing staf铿乶g strategies and plans that eliminate those staf铿乶g gaps and surpluses effectively and ef铿乧iently.
